Knowing your photographer is essential to producing the best images on your wedding day.

Every photographer is different in their personality, style, experience, and quality.

Making the right choice for the most important part of your wedding can be stressful so let’s take the guess work out

How We’re Different than the Competition

• We take the time to carefully create a separate timeline for your wedding. You will be provided a timeline by your wedding coordinator or DJ, we work within those expectations to make sure that our timeline is recognized in order to
  provide you with the best photos possible.
• Every single photo is fully hand developed/edited (not a small portion)…Every single one! This takes an enormous amount of time but it’s worth it in the end.
• We don’t up charge on our luxury products, They’re there as a curtesy to you not to make money on. This is nothing something that any other photographer does, in fact they charge between 3-6 times what they purchase the product for!
• We pay an annual premium to a luxury distributer in order to pass the savings on to you, and make sure that your photos are printed in the best quality available. We believe that you should be living with your photography,
  it was meant to be enjoyed. This is why we feel it is best to keep our products extremely high end and very well priced.
• We take the time to organize your wedding photos into categories on a beautiful online gallery to share with friends and family. You can hide certain photos, favorite them, download you images, order prints, and share to social
  media right from your stunning gallery!
• Full printing rights. We view these photos as yours not ours. Print, share, and love Your photos any way you would like!
• Every engagement session and wedding package comes with 2 professional Photographers. Generally a photographer will hire another person as a “second shooter” so that they can build a portfolio for themselves and gain experience. We
  are a team, and that team consists of two primary, professional photographers. Even our Lifestyle sessions come with 2 photographers!
• We can and will build a Pinterest board for styling engagements and wedding photos. We also have a questionnaire that we will send you to make sure that your photography captures your most important styles, people, and moments.
  We’re good at what we do but knowing you and your expectations helps us be the best!
• Our packages are detailed to be exactly what you should need for every occasion. We have taken the time to throughly plan our our packages over the years after witnessing hundreds of weddings unfold. however we are as flexible as
  possible. We offer hourly rates to add to any session. We do not include engagement sessions in our packages because we find that some people do not want them and we don’t want to build the price into the wedding package. This helps
  us keep our pricing lower than most in our experience level.
• A couple of times a year we like to provide bridal show tickets to our valued clients.
• Once your photos are delivered we aren’t going anywhere. We will always be here for you! Next month for questions and next year as friends!

Questions and Answers

• How will you be dressed: We will be dressed nicely; slacks, collared shirts, nice shoes, … professionally well dressed. I have a several mens shirts that we purchased at Nordstrom’s which work really well and Jenna has a line of
  clothes just for shooting weddings, as well.

• Should I do an Engagement session: Engagement sessions are a great way to get you both comfortable with posing and shooting, as well as a great opportunity for us to spend some time together. Sessions should be fun and relaxing and
  believe me, they can be!

• Have you worked with my venue: It is likely that we have worked with the venue that you might select if they are local. Otherwise, given our experience we are confident in our ability to bring brilliance to your wedding photos in
  any setting.

• How much experience do you have: We have been shooting weddings professionally for 7 years. Jenna has been a photographer for 13 years prior to owning the company. Travis has a graphic design and editing background for the
  development of the images in addition to those 7 years of wedding experience.

• What other Photography do you offer: We will custom design your engagement session including location, theme, and style. Day After sessions are a great way to extend your wedding portraits and get more of the photos that you were
  looking for. Boudoir sessions are held in a luxury hotel by Jenna exclusively. She is excellent at helping ladies feel beautiful and comfortable, which is essential to creating the perfect photo! Ladies are pampered with hair and
  makeup, Champaign and fruit. 
  • ◦  It’s not only a great gift to your fiancé but can be an experience that changes your perception of how beautiful you can be.

• How do you make sure my day runs smoothly and I get the Photos I want: Prior to our your wedding we will create a comprehensive time line specific to your big day. This will allow things to stay on a relative schedule and help us
  plan accordingly. We can also utilize Pinterest to get a specific idea of what style and poses you like. 
  • ◦This is often fun for the ladies to chat about the things they’ve seen online that “just have to be a part of”

• What if an emergency occurs and you can’t make my wedding: We do have a replacement photographer if something should happen to either of us. The photographers that we use are skilled professionals with as many years of experience as
  we carry or more. This has yet to come up in the 6 years we have been shooting weddings, but we’re always prepared.

• Will you provide two photographers on my wedding day (and is the second photographer a “second shooter” or an experienced professional): On your wedding day you will receive two experienced wedding photographers who know exactly how
  to work with each other, as opposed to one (hopefully) experienced photographer which will likely hire an inexperienced photographer to “second shoot” with them so that they second shooter can obtain “portfolio building
  experience”.. . Scary!

• How many of my images will you hand develop: All images are developed in our studio! We develop all of your images based off of film. To this day digital portraits have not been able to surpass the brilliance of that timeless film
  look. This allows for all of your photos to be consistent through out the entire day, beautiful from start to finish. You can expect about 100 photos per hour from your wedding day!

• Will you allow me full rights to print, share, and use my photos: You have the full rights to your images. You are free to print them any where you prefer (we do not insist you use our printing services). You can post them on social
  media and/or do anything you please with them. We do not believe in the idea that “these photos are technically our property because we created them”. We believe that these photos are yours, this day is yours and we are there for
  you. It really shouldn’t be any different than that.

• How will I receive my photos once their finished: You will receive your final product in an online gallery that is downloadable not only for you but for anyone you want to share it with. The gallery is beautifully displayed and
  organized into sections of your wedding event, it’s a great way to tell the full story. Here you can order prints with the touch of a button, favorite images, and even share them on social media.

• What if I decide last minute that I want more photos: If your event should last longer than you have anticipated and booked us for we will absolutely stay. We have hourly rates but more often than not we are not the type to close up
  and run at precisely your scheduled time. . .However, the timeline that we will develop with you will ensure that this should not be a concern. We have yet to shoot a wedding in all of our years that needed us longer than the
  package selection. This is due in part to the careful preparation of the packages we have designed.

• How long will it take for me to get my Photos: Generally the development of your wedding images will be about 3-4 weeks. The contract will allow for 3 months but this has never happened. It is possible they will be done sooner than
  1 month depending on how many other events we are currently developing but we never want to rush your product. Quality is always put before timing but we do have the fastest turn around time in the business!

• What happens if I lose my precious wedding photos: We keep your images on file for years to come. Digital files are delicate in the way that they can become corrupt or lost. There is nothing more heart wrenching that realizing
  you’ve lost your wedding photos! Don’t worry, we have them and will make your gallery available again.

• What makes you special, compared to other photographers: We have been married for 8 years now. We know each others in’s and out’s, which is why we work so well together! From the experience of shooting your wedding day to the
  development process we have a plan. This allows us to be precise, professional, efficient, and most of all provide a perfect product. We are both professional photographers with similar styles, yet different views. This allowed us
  to notice other perspectives of your wedding to ensure that every angle, detail, and emotion is captured! We treat every client as a friend with experience, rather than an experienced photographer. This is your wedding day, you
  should have fun with your photographer and be able to enjoy their company. You’ll be with them all day!
